- Serial number of the machine - The serial number can be found on the nameplate on the electrical enclosure, near the main disconnect switch. In some cases, it may be found on the electrical panel itself. The serial number will start with a letter, followed by 4 or more numbers. Example, "S3492", "R3856", "M149820".
- A description of the part or where it is used.
- Component serial number or part number, if possible.
- RMA number - If the part is covered under warranty, you will be given a RMA number and shipping instructions.
