Robotic Arm Integration

Simplimatic designs and integrates custom systems to place on top of automated mobile robots (AMR’s) such as the MiR. One of the most popular applications we have created and designed, countless times, is the integration of robots, co-bots, or robotic arms on top of a MiR. Our robotic MiR platforms can come with or without vision guidance systems. With our experience, we found it best to design our systems to be easily programmable for the end-user and to make this platform easily customizable for a different part and/or plant applications with minimal redesign needed. Simplimatic Automation has experience with designing and testing against ANSI B56.5, SEMI S2/S17, UL3100, and CE Mark requirements for autonomous vehicles.

Simplimatic Automation’s AMR systems system can also be provided as a fleet of many automatic vehicles.  Easy integration and management of the vehicles are supported by MiR’s MiRFleet™ fleet control software.  As needed for factory communication and logistical handling, Simplimatic Automation can provide customers with a middleware software called “Simplimatic Frontend” to meet custom factory integration needs.  Vehicles or fleets of vehicles can be purchased from Simplimatic Automation with custom design and programming specific to the end user’s needs.
